Jacques Reymond is very much the person behind his Restaurant, very involved in each stage of planning the perfect meal for you. His passion for food is only matched by his passion for wine.
His French training and technique combined with the finest Australian produce and with the combination of Asian influences he creates dishes of brilliance. The feeling of warmth and intimacy of the premises, blended with wonderful food and wine list to match creates the ultimate dining experience. Four years ago the Restaurant was totally renovated and refurbished and the Victorian Mansion is looking at its best.
We have a new approach to fine dining with all dishes as entree sizes. The concept is to encourage you to sample a wider variety of dishes in a more dynamic and accessible way.
Lunch at Jacques Reymond Restaurant is always good value at $38.00 per person for two courses including coffee and $46.00 for three courses including coffee. We are open for lunch Thursday's and Friday's from 12.00pm. If the weather is nice enjoy our courtyard garden for your pre lunch drink or coffee.
