Brown Sugar Thai Restaurant has been operating for over 3 years and has built a reputation for quality Thai food.
Saraphee is well qualified to run this restaurant. She was taught to cook by her grandmother and has inherited the traditional Thai approach to cooking which involves hours of careful preparation.
Combined with many dishes that are unique and handed down over many generations you will find exciting and innovative menu. As an example of their menu we tried the "Roti Mataba" as an Entrée . Using roti bread ,beef minced with coriander,garlic,thai pepper, curry powder and cumin with a cucumber salad to balance the dish.
For a main course we suggest the "Talay Jhan Rhon" which is a sizzling seafood combination on a hot plate. Saraphee uses fresh squid, prawns, fish, mussels with spring onion, chilli and basil .This is a dish that has been handed down through generations and is a Brown Sugar special not found elsewhere.
As well there are many more exciting options to choose from . Brown Sugar has an excellent menu and more surprising is the value of their offering.
Entrees average $7 and main courses about $15.
