The Menu prepared by the chef, David Stewart again shows the quality and experience that is indicative of The Tender Trap. You will find a mouth-watering well balanced menu using the freshest of ingredients to complement each dish perfectly.
An absolute must try for an entrée, is the sensational pepper crusted rare beef, served with a tonnato mayonnaise, finished with a sweet balsamic glaze and micro herbs. As a main course we suggest the lamb cutlets served upon a mushroom tart, with rocket and goats cheese, finished with pomegranate molasses which is a dish that The Tender Trap is renowned for.
Complementing the food menu, Chris has selected a superb wine list of 120 very distinctive wines; from well priced wines through to a balanced selection of boutique wines, carefully chosen from the finest wineries in Australia and New Zealand. Additionally there are over 20 sumptuous wines on offer, to enjoy by the glass.
