Shane Trask & Jennifer Colley have turned ‘Cosy Corner’ around from a cafe shop into a much sought after eating house. With 28 years of cooking experience Shane has created an eclectic menu offering an array of mouth-watering selections, encompassing tender steaks, locally sourced produce & bread, freshly baked on the premises.
