New owners took over in November 2007, and transformed the venue to what it is today, truly a memorable and delightful dining experience. Head Chef Emma Worsley uses fresh, seasonal produce to invigorate diners with an eclectic array of dishes.
Owner Darryle Hill has 20 years experience in the industry, being General Manager to major clubs in Melbourne, and has previously owned many hotels. Born and bred in Torquay, after many years of travelling back and forth, he decided to reside in his amazing home town of Torquay, and run a very successful restaurant near by. The restaurant proves to be an extremely popular destination for tourists and locals alike.
The menu caters for all genres of fine dining accompanied by an extensive wine list well complemented to the menu. Sample a local drop from well-renowned wineries in the region or select from the diverse array of imported wines.
Functions are a specialty with the front courtyard often converted into an enchanting function area, with a marquay, mood lighting and first-class decorations to celebrate any special occasion.
All staff have impeccable training and it shows, providing the highest level of service and product knowledge to their diners ensuring everyone feels relaxed, welcome and delighted to return.
