Jack & Irene only hire staff who love what they do, and have sourced staff internationally including their chefs from Canada and waitresses from Fiji, offering sponsorship, so they could bring their passion and love for their work to The Vista.
The Vista is a funky café by day & offers sensational coffee and one of the best brekky's in town! Dine alfresco and immerse yourself in the bustling vibe of the main street while overlooking the spectacular coastal views. The Vista converts into an elegant restaurant by night, with intimate lighting, fabulous music & dining by candlelight. The menu boasts a mouth-watering array of fresh & sumptuous seafood options, attained daily, directly from the local trawlers.
Jack is very serious about only providing fresh seafood to his customers and is notified every morning from the boats when they arrive with their daily catch. As The Vista is a seafood restaurant, Jack ensures there is a selection of many different varieties of the freshest and flavoursome fish. You can also enjoy oysters in 5 different ways!
