After extensive redevelopment of the Hilton Hotel, Fedoras Restaurant has emerged with vengeance, offering a sleek and alluring dining venue. This stylish restaurant provides a variety of dining areas with sultry lighting, luxurious decor & cosmo laidback lounge area.

Perhaps a pre-lunch or dinner drink at the bar, or settle back and catch up with friends in the comfy lounges. The delightful alfresco area is fantastic for a long and lazy Sunday lunch, or try your luck in the exciting new games room.

The menu is brimming with an exciting selection of modern Australian cuisine. Be prepared to be impressed by rich flavours, exquisite presentation accompanied by a large selection of the finest contemporary wines.

Head chef Mark Gluyas performs wonders with his mouth-watering array of creative dishes including delightful starters like the Adelaide Hills mananillo and jumbo green olives marinated in chilli, garlic and rosemary for only $7.50 or the delightful selection of tasting plates for two, including the grilled sagnaki cheese and lemon or the chimichuri marinated lamb skewers.

Mains include options like linguine sautéed with crab meat, a char grilled S.A. king prawn, julienne vegetables, white wine and cream or the tender fillet of beef wrapped in bacon on roasted field mushroom and caramelised onion with gratinated blue cheese and red wine jus.

There are also traditional favourites including a succulent selection of char-grilled grain and pasture fed steaks, side dishes to share including buttered seasonal veges and even a children's menu to cater for families.

There are a delectable selection of desserts, dessert wines and petit fours that melt in the mouth and finish the meal off delightfully.
