Multi award-winning Chef/Owner Marty Kollrepp's menu has an emphasis on fresh & sumptuous seafood.

A longstanding relationship with his suppliers ensures that Marty is always able to select the freshest seafood available. Whether it be Snapper from Yamba, West Australian Crayfish, Hervey Bay Scallops, King Prawns straight from the trawler or Moreton Bay bugs – he changes his menu daily to accommodate whatever is available that day.
If steak, lamb or poultry are more to your liking then grain-fed beef from Terrarossa, South Australia, free range chicken from kangaroo Island or even kangaroo or duckling can be found on the menu. The signature dish is the iconic 'Oskar Prawns; infused in with coconut, macadamia nuts and curry mayonnaise' an absolute must try! As is the seasonally changing fruit soufflé for dessert.
