Here at the Dog & Parrot we are committed to serving you with tastier, healthier and superior quality meals. We use organic produce or produce that has been grown using environmentally friendly methods wherever possible.
We endeavour to source organic Wild Ocean trout that is line caught, reducing the impact of harmful netting on the marine environment. Local produce is sourced where available as we want to ensure the freshest ingredients are used in your meals.
We believe you will agree they are magnificent. Another demonstration of our commitment are the Coffin Bay Oysters flown direct from South Australia where they have been grown in the clean, cold waters of the Southern Ocean.
All sauces and jus are prepared by hand in our kitchen using the freshest ingredients. The Tea Smoked certified Organic Chicken is smoked in-house and many of the breads are baked daily on the premise by our award winning chef.
