History

In the summer of 1992 Lucy Jeremy opened her little coffee shop at number 26 tedder avenue in those days council regulations stated that there was to be no restaurants in this building so coffee shop was the only option this quaint little shop struggled to make its mark on the then quiet little village street.

It was in 1995 that the first installment of Caffe Senza was opened, then called "La Dolce Vita" it flourished almost immediately with locals and tourists flocking to sample the Italian delights this little restaurant had to offer. Then about a year later disaster struck, due to a technicality La Dolce Vita became Caffe Senza Nome (café with out a name) still in its original format caffe Senza Nome continued to be the apple of Tedder Avenue's eye providing great food and friendly service.

In 2005 Caffe Senza Nome undertook a major facelift, modernising the local favourite and streamlining the concept into modern Italian. Again the restaurant flourished pleasing locals and tourists alike with its relaxed, family atmosphere.

In mid 2008 the latest change occurred with another move to modernise the restaurant. With a slight change to the name and the style "Caffe Senza" was born. Moving onwards with a new innovative dinner menu and an emphasis on service, the staff look to the future with anticipation and excitement at the prospect of endless possibilities.
