About RPR's Restaurant

Situated on the 21st floor of the Royal Pines Resort, views of the Gold Coast skyline and hinterland are unquestionably spectacular. A split-level design allows views from all parts of the restaurant. Another agreeable feature is the inviting open grill area where guests can watch the chefs at work. Executive Chef Matt Dixon heads the kitchen team with precision: Roasted Lamb Fillets on Broad Beans & Green Peas Scented with Oregano & Confit Garlic Butter, Pickled Beetroot Coulis & Pan Juices.
