About Girder Wine Bar

‘Drink Something Beautiful’ is Girder’s mission statement, and it would be extremely difficult not to. Owner Dimitris Melachroinos has worked in renowned bars around the world, and now presents an extensive wine list of one hundred and thirteen labels of primarily boutique wines, and a tapas menu complimenting the wines. Try the Roasted Whole Capsicum stuffed with tomato, caper & herb salsa topped with fetta & olive tapenade.
