The talented Head Chef, Sheena McRuvie, most recently lead the kitchen in the prestigious European-style Cream Patisserie at Portside Wharf & Coorparoo. Sheena also has had extensive experience with an impressive list of award-winning dining spots throughout Brisbane.
Sheena produces a harmony of Mediterranean and modern Australian dishes to leave your taste buds singing. Her seasonal menu is prominently organic and local wherever possible and features flavoursome specialities including the sumptuous Barkers Creek pork medallions with maple glazed sweet potato and parsnip with a shiraz jus or the tender diamantina rib on bone with caramelised onion mash, green beans and a parsley butter. You'll also find daily specials that feature first-rate market finds.
