About Cosi Ristorante Italiano
We are delighted to introduce you to an evening of great food and hospitality at Cosi Ristorante Italiano. Sam Mura is your chef, and his wife Helen Mura is front-of house. Sam hails from Sardegna and the lovely Helen from Foggia. The staff include Emanuele, Vanda or Rachela, and the three children in the Mura family who have grown up surrounded by the wonderful aroma and charm of splendid family feast and delicious home-cooked Italian fare.
It is this very fare that is at the heart and soul of the menu at Cosi. Food that is lovingly prepared by Sam, enhanced with aromatic herbs grown in his garden, and always created with great dedication to the use of fresh produce purchased at the early morning markets each day. Their occasional headwaiter, Andreas a new member of the family, comes to them from Austria.
Together with their committed staff, the Mura family presents a warm and friendly restaurant experience, where robust traditional Italian fare is enriched with genuine and warm hospitality.
