About Little Jumbo
Little Jumbo is located on the bustling George Street amongst Brisbane's mecca of dining and entertainment venues. The aim is to provide her customers with a high level of service, reminiscent to a bygone era of sophistication and class; when a bartender's focus was on the mood of the customer, and drinks were accordingly created to reflect each guests desire.
Featuring a fantastic new cocktail menu, including America Classics, London Contemporary, Tiki drinks and Molecular infusions, Little Jumbo is reinstating the bespoke beverage, classical pouring styles and the ability to be able to serve a customer's every whim.
Little Jumbos new simple and effective facelift offers a warming and alluring ambience. With Three levels of space – the top suite holding a comfortable bohemian feel with chic lounge area and low chocolate couches on the mezzanine level leading to a gallery overlooking the magnificence of the little and jumbo chandeliers, bar and ground floor – Little Jumbo is stylishly intimate.
Not only does Little Jumbo have a state-of-the-art cocktail menu, which came to life beneath the hands of our talented group of bartenders, (with insight and direction from Bacardi Lions Brand Ambassador, Sean Forsyth), but a brand new team is stationed in the kitchen with a specially created menu suitable for everyone from, business lunches, family dinners and group tapas. The accompanying wines were selected to compliment each dish and our spirit selection is second to none and ever increasing; featuring a stock of several spirits that are not readily available elsewhere in the nation.
Our ‘two fine' chefs Ramsay Lord and Andreas Nielsen head up the kitchen team here at Little Jumbo. They have sourced food from within Australia to bring you flavours and dishes influenced by Spanish and French cuisine, all with a modern twist. For lunch we have quick and tasty meals, which represent good value for money. Our a la carte menu is also available all day, including a delectable dessert selection. For those who want to enjoy a quick tasty bite to compliment their cocktail, the tapas menu is for you.

Drinks List
The greatest accomplishment of a bar-tender lies in his ability to exactly suit his customer. This is done by inquiring what kind of drink the customer desires and how he wishes it prepared. This is especially necessary with cocktails, juleps, ‘sours’ and punches. The bartender must also inquire whether the drink is to be made stiff, strong or medium and then must use his best judgment in preparing it, but, at all times, he must make a special point to study their desires and tastes.
