About Hanuman

Hunuman is now part of the Holiday Inn Esplanade complex and incorporates a magnificent deck alfresco dining area and stylish cocktail bar. The furnishings, tableware and artworks have been sourced from around the world and make for a truly exotic experience. The quality of food though hasn’t change and is still as good as ever. The hanuman oysters with vivid tastes of lemongrass, sweet basil, ginger, chilli and fresh coriander are their signature dish and should not be missed.
