The top end is an area renowned for its fishing. There are numerous fishing charters which cater for all experience levels and provide unforgettable fishing experiences. From Darwin Harbour to unspoiled shoals and reefs, through to the Perron Islands, or north to Melville, (part of the magnificent Tiwi Islands). If it’s Barramundi you’re after, you’ll have to venture to the river systems, billabongs and lagoons of the Mary, Daly, Adelaide, Finniss, Howard and Elizabeth rivers.
