About Hanuman
Hanuman is an unexpected oasis in the midst of what is a somewhat limited Alice Springs dining scene. Hanuman is the sister restaurant to its big brother in Darwin and follow very much the same style. Excellent service, elegant oriental surrounds, a discerning menu offering a range of well crafted Thai and Indian influenced dishes: Signature hanuman oysters with tastes of lemongrass, sweet basil, ginger, chilli and coriander. The wine list too one of the best in town.
