About Liu Rose

Liu Rose Restaurant was established in 1971 by chef and proprietor Peter Liu and has long been a favourite venue for innovative Cantonese cuisine. Peter continues to produce his outstanding dishes which are regularly enjoyed by his loyal customers. Menu Sample: Seasoned Fillet Chicken - marinated chicken fillet cooked with a very special sauce made of garlic, peanut paste, hoisin, BBQ rib sauce, rice wine and honey. Surrounded with deep fried spinach leaves and cashews.
