The Lasagne of Freshwater Marron Lobster & Fresh Perigeux Truffles is a must, & the Raspberry Soufflé with Pistachio Ice Cream to die for.
Bilson's is located in the five star Radisson Plaza Hotel Sydney and continues in the tradition of Tony Bilson's past restaurants – celebrating local and seasonal produce with an emphasis on French flavours and cooking techniques, coupled with a wonderful collection of Australian and French wines.
Boasting the comfort ability of Michelin Star restaurants, Bilson's main dining room is full of warmth and charm. Featuring 5 large Georgian windows, spectacular designer light fittings and an array of artwork all combine to complete the effect of this very grand room seating a maximum of 80 - 100 guests.
Bilson's private dining room sits a maximum of 18 guests, allowing them the comfort ability only seen in Europe's Michelin Star restaurants. An amazing space with artwork by acclaimed Artist John Walker, and a large Georgian window gazing down onto Sydney's Pitt St. Wooden doors with glass panels allow your guests to look onto the main dining room.
