Lisa McGuigan is the fourth generation of one of the Hunter Valley’s most famous winemaking families. After taking the Tempus Two brand to in excess of 150,000 cases globally Lisa decided to sell her share in the company and invest in a new business of her own. In 2007 she purchased two retail wine shops in the city; Lisa's Wine Vault, Kent Street Cellars and City Cellars (King Street Wharf).

The Sydney Opera House, (designed by esteemed Danish architect Jorn Utzon), is one of the most distinctive and famous 20th century buildings and has evolved into one of the world’s busiest performing arts centres catering to all tastes and budgets – from opera and ballet right through to comedy, physical theatre and cabaret! Located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, Spanish Terrazas is a little bit of Spain away from Spain with live Spanish entertainment from Thursday to Saturday evenings and a lively dance floor to match. The Spanish menu changes regularly. Chef Steve Suminovski experiments with skills gained from Spanish and Italian chefs. Recommended specialities Paella – a traditional Spanish dish consisting of saffron rice cooked with chicken, mussels, prawns, pipis and squid.

Sydney is famous for its beaches, most of which are within 30 minutes drive of the CBD. There are excellent surfing beaches where perfect barreling waves are enjoyed by a locals and tourists alike, through to the calm waters along the harbour foreshores including Redleaf, Nielsen Park, Parsley Bay and Camp Cove.
