About Cafe Strawberry X

Located on the ground floor of the heritage building, in the village area of Surry Hills, Chef and Owner Tracey Holderness is an extremely talented chef and caterer. Tracey’s experience ranges from Executive Sous Chef for Sodexho, to Corporate Catering for Bathurst to now owning Strawberry X Café. Tracey also offers catering and functions menus. Be sure to try the Sweet Corn Fritter - pan fried corn fritters stacked with bacon, fetta, tomato relish, avocado and wild rocket.
