About Pello

Located on Sydney’s famous Stanley St, Pello, with its modern inner urban bistro-style atmosphere, has become a favorite amongst locals and coporates alike. Patrons can choose to dine alfresco in the open air candle-lit courtyard, on the Terrace balcony or in the dining room with its signature terrazo floor. Chef/Owner Thomas Johns’ menu is equally inviting: Try the Roast Kingfish Fillet with confit pork cheek, shaved cuttle fish & jus gras; but be sure to leave room for the Rhubarb Assiette.
