Set in a country garden at the foothills of the Blue Mountains, the verandah makes a beautiful spot for dining. The proprieters and chefs have both worked with Neil Perry from Rockpool, and some of the Modern Australian/Asian fusion style dishes bear testimony to this. Mediterranean influences are also apparent on the menu here. Recommended dishes are Roasted Chermoula Spatchcock with Mixed Grains and Tahini Dressing, and Cassoulet with Duck Confit, Toulouse Sausage & Pork Belly.
