Owner Gyan Chand worked as a professional chef in a New Delhi 5 star luxury hotel for many years and has no doubt brought his many acquired secrets, to his restaurant, which you can sample as he shows his patrons by mixing up tantalising array of Indian delights.
Flavoursome favourites sing on your tastebuds as you are taken on an eclectic dining journey; butter chicken, chiken tikka masala and rogan josh are as good as you will find and if you in need of some fire in your life embark on the zesty beef vindaloo and beef madras.
Gyan explains that all curries do not taste alike they have as many distinctive bouquets as wine. You can develop into a connoisseur of curries just as you can of many things in life! Spices are used, keeping the gentleness of your taste in mind, unless of course sweating strength is requested!
