A dramatic make over has transformed Ramsgate's landmark corner hotel into one of Southern Sydney's most stylish new destinations. Sitting out on the balcony in the late afternoon watching the sun disappear behind the trees on the bank directly opposite, the views are nothing short of spectacular. Lugarno is an institution in the area, famous for their fresh seafood and waterfront location. Really this is one for the seafood lovers, but there are excellent meat and poultry dishes on the menu as well: Pan roasted Blue Eye Cod fillets, wild mushroom ragout with pink peppercorn sauce; Hot & Cold Seafood Platter for Two.
