About Mecca Cafe
The Mecca Café has achieved iconic status since first opening in 1932.
The booth style seating, mirrors and pictures became part of the café in 1956 and for many years have been a source of fascination to many a visitor; providing an historic glimpse into the past.
Head Chef, Todd McLean and his mother Janette formed a partnership in 2007 and while they have retained the retro style and laid back atmosphere, they have most certainly raised the standard of food and service to new heights.
Menu options have been added to readily cater those with special dietary requirements such as vegetarians, and those with allergies to gluten or dairy products.
