Recently refurbished to represent the colour in its name, Blue Bar and Restaurant has a breezy mix of locals, and holiday makers. Head Chef Jamie Maher's menu is compiled to tempt all palates with a wine list to match. The recommended specialty is the Baby Snapper Fillets - grilled snapper on braised bok choy and chat potatoes with panzanella and lemon oil dressing.
