Well known Chef Phillip Searle has established a unique restaurant in the old Blackheath Bakery and its wood fired oven. The food has been described as rustic, but this does not do justice to the subtle flavours and unfussed presentation in the range of slow cooked dishes on the small, exquisite menu. A true food artist is in residence here and the trip to the studio is well worth it.
