About Aubergine

Overlooking the Griffith Shops and open parkland, Aubergine was the first of celebrated Sydney-born and European-trained chef James Mussillon trilogy (Courgette and Sabayon are second and third respectively). Aubergine remains as one of Canberra outstanding dining venues offering a full A la' Carte menu and Chef Degustation, both with optional wine matches.
