About Courgette

Courgette is the sister restaurant of Canberra’s Aubergine, and is the second venture of celebrated chef James Mussillon. Offering French-inspired Australian cuisine, dishes display skillful balance with adventurous sauces and dressings: Quail and foie gras ‘Wellington’ with French lentils,roasted chestnuts, creamed spinach and red wine jus; Roast rack of W.A lamb with courgette and garlic kipfler potato crush,basil, marinated red pepper and Sicilian olive jus.
